Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation
Due to the instant nature of KumaBooth's self-service photo printing, cancellations are handled differently than traditional e-commerce transactions.
Before Payment
You may exit the kiosk interface at any time before completing payment. No charges will be applied, and no cancellation is necessary.
After Payment
Once payment is processed:
- The printing process begins immediately and cannot be stopped
- Photos are printed and dispensed within 30-60 seconds
- Cancellations are not possible after payment confirmation
- All sales are considered final once printing begins
Technical Failures
If payment is processed but the service fails due to technical issues:
- Contact support immediately using the kiosk interface
- We will attempt to resolve the issue and complete your order
- If resolution is not possible, a full refund will be issued
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Duplicate Charges
If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same transaction:
- Contact us immediately with your transaction details
- Provide payment receipts showing duplicate charges
- We will investigate and refund duplicate charges promptly
User Error
Cancellations or refunds are not provided for:
- Photos that you captured incorrectly (blurry, poorly framed, etc.)
- Accidental selection of wrong templates or filters
- Change of mind after photos are successfully printed
- Photos left uncollected at the kiosk
Event Bookings
For event-based KumaBooth bookings and partnerships:
- Cancellation terms are specified in the event contract
- Advance notice is typically required (7-14 days)
- Cancellation fees may apply based on timing
- Contact us directly to discuss event cancellations
