Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Kuma Booth, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide the best possible service and high-quality instant photo prints. Please review our refund and cancellation policies below to understand your rights as a customer.
1. Refund Policy
Since our services involve personalized, instant digital and printed photos, we adhere to the following refund policy:
A. Non-Refundable Services:
Instant Photo Prints: Once a photo is taken, customized, and printed, it cannot be refunded. Due to the nature of personalized photo products, they are not eligible for a refund after the printing process.
B. Refunds for Defective Prints:
If you receive a print that is:
- Damaged
- Blurry
- Of visibly poor quality due to printing errors
you are eligible for a reprint at no additional cost. If a reprint is not possible, a refund may be issued.
To request a refund or reprint due to defective prints, please:
- Contact our support team immediately at kumabooth.in@gmail.com or speak to our on-site representative immediately after receiving the print.
- Provide a photo of the defective print as proof, if possible.
C. Incorrect Charges:
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged for a service, please bring this to our attention at the kiosk or by contacting us within 24 hours at kumabooth.in@gmail.com. We will review your transaction and issue a refund if an error is found.
2. Cancellation Policy
Due to the instant nature of our photobooth services, cancellation is limited to the following situations:
A. Before the Photo is Taken:
If you decide to cancel the session before the photo is taken, you can do so without any charges. Once a photo session has begun (including customizing or previewing), the process cannot be canceled.
B. After the Photo is Taken:
Once a photo has been captured and you have confirmed the preview, no cancellation or refund is possible as the customization and printing process will begin immediately.
3. Changes to Customization
Before printing, you will have the option to:
- Preview your photo and ensure it meets your expectations.
- Make changes to your customization (frames, filters, text) before finalizing the print.
Once you have confirmed the customization and the print process starts, no further changes can be made, and the transaction is considered final.

5. Exceptions
Special Event Bookings:
If you have pre-booked our kiosk for a special event or group session, the cancellation policy will be subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Please refer to your booking agreement for details.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the update will be noted below.
