By accessing and using KumaBooth services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

KumaBooth provides self-service photo booth kiosks that allow users to capture, customize, and print photos instantly. Services include:

  • Professional photo capture
  • Digital photo editing and customization
  • Instant printing services
  • Digital photo delivery via QR code

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use the kiosks respectfully and for lawful purposes only
  • Not damage or tamper with kiosk equipment
  • Not capture inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Supervise minors using our services
  • Complete payment before receiving printed photos

Payment Terms

All payments must be made through our secure Razorpay integration. Prices are displayed at each kiosk and may vary by location. Payment must be completed before photo printing begins.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos you capture using our kiosks. By using our service, you grant KumaBooth a limited license to process and deliver your photos. We may use anonymized photos for marketing purposes unless you opt out.

Limitation of Liability

KumaBooth is not liable for:

  • Technical malfunctions or service interruptions
  • Loss of digital photos after the retention period
  • Damage to personal property while using kiosks
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or tamper with kiosks
  • Capture photos that violate others' privacy or rights
  • Resell or commercially distribute photos without authorization

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
